Replacement Policy
Replacements are only offered for watches with a genuine manufacturing defect. If your watch arrives faulty, please share video proof within 48 hours via WhatsApp (0323 4525436) or Instagram (@ashorizon_store). Once your request is approved, we'll dispatch a replacement right away, and our rider will collect the faulty item at the time of delivery.
